Refused packages will be treated as abandoned and will not be refunded.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged in Transit

We offer replacements for damaged packages (e.g., broken or leaking containers). Please report any transit damage immediately to DHL and send us a photo of the damaged package.

No Refunds for Properly Delivered Orders
