Usage information
To enjoy the benefits of Chaga extract, dissolve 1g (~1 teaspoon) of the extract in 200ml of warm or hot water. Stir well until completely dissolved. You can add honey or sugar to taste. Consume this mixture twice daily, before or during meals.
Recommended storage conditions
1. After opening the package, it would be better to place the chaga extract powder in another dry container with a lid. This will protect the powder from moisture. The extract can be stored in the refrigerator.
2. Chaga extract is hygroscopic - use only clean and dry teaspoons. Also, do not put the teaspoon of powder into the water - first pour the chaga powder from the teaspoon into the water and then stir. Otherwise the powder will stick to the spoon.
